Notice is hereby given that the fifteenth ordinary meeting of the proprietors, will be held at the companies offices, Edward Street, Lurgan on Wednesday the 31st day of August instant at one o'clock pm, to receive the report of the directors, their statement of accounts and transact the ordinary business of the meeting. The transfer books will be closed from the 18th to the 31st instant, both days inclusive.
